Where does Your Water Shed (National and State 1st, Water and Soil Conservation Poster Contest)

I designed this poster for a conservation contest, following the theme "Where Does Your Water Shed". I decided to implement all the good aspects of watersheds to promote watershed conservation. The ideas included farming, water as a power source, everyday use of water, plant and animal life, and recreation for people. Integrating all of these ideas made the drawing pretty hectic. What's atypical about it is the light background and rich details, opposed from the traditional bright, simple poster, This picture won 1st in the regional competition, 1st in the New Jersey competition, and eventually 1st in the national competition.
