Mackerel at the Fish Market

This was my first attempt at oil painting, and it turned out much better than expected. I focused on emphasizing the hard contrasts and blending subtle tones and colors together to create a neat and attractive picture. I really loved the feel of oil and the choices it gave me. I will be looking more toward oil in the future.
